Our Region
SERIC's main area of activity is focused on the Green Triangle, the part of south eastern Australia that takes in the south east of South Australia and south west Victoria. Both sides of the border share many characteristics in terms of land use, climate and industry with elements that overlap the border. The Green Triangle is home to an extensive forestry sector, well developed transport industry and infrastructure, a diverse agricultural sector and a deep sea port, so it makes good sense to operate from a regional perspective.
